• Contact form (first name, last name, company, optional phone, email, message): to reply to your request. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
• Digital maturity assessment (first name, last name, business email, company, optional phone, company size and sector, questionnaire answers and scores): to provide you with your detailed assessment and contact you about it. Legal basis: your consent.
• Audit request (subject, deadline, message): to process your request. Legal basis: your request.
• Audience measurement: Matomo, cookie-free and with anonymised IP addresses, to understand site traffic and improve it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest. You can object to it from the Legal notice.

Retention period

Your data is kept for 3 years from the last contact. It is then deleted or anonymised.

Recipients

Your data is intended for the Digital Pulsing team. It may be processed by our technical providers (hosting, email sending) acting on our instructions. Our host is MassiveHoster (data centres in France). Your data is not sold.

Transfers outside the European Union

No transfers. Your data is hosted in the European Union.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to bonjour(@)digitalpulsing.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
