Digitalpulsing.com is hosted by MassiveHoster (the trading name of Kim Communication LP), a shared web hosting service operated from data centres located in France. Website: massivehoster.com.

Article 2 – Access to the site

Access to the digitalpulsing.com site and its use are reserved for strictly personal use. You undertake not to use this site and the information or data it contains for commercial, political or advertising purposes or for any form of commercial solicitation, in particular the sending of unsolicited emails.

Article 3 – Site content

All trademarks, photographs, texts, comments, illustrations, animated or still images, video sequences, sounds, as well as all computer applications that may be used to operate this site and, more generally, all elements reproduced or used on the site, are protected by the laws in force on intellectual property.

They are the full and entire property of the publisher or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, including computer applications, without the prior written consent of the publisher, is strictly prohibited. The publisher’s failure to take action as soon as it becomes aware of such unauthorised uses does not constitute acceptance of those uses nor a waiver of legal action.
